Refunds and Returns
Because each Little Reasons order is personalised especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once your order has gone into production.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This means that once work has begun on your order, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded unless it arrives faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match the personalisation details provided when ordering, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to make things right. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Before placing your order, we kindly ask that all personalisation details are checked carefully. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for customer errors, including:
- Spelling or punctuation mistakes in submitted text
- Incorrect dates or names
- Low-quality or blurry uploaded images
- Ordering the wrong product, colour, or variation
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 14 days of delivery if there are any issues. To help us resolve things as quickly as possible, please include photographs of the problem when emailing us at hello@littlereasons.co.uk.
